Alex is a licensed Kansas real estate agent with At Home Wichita Real Estate, working across Wichita and the surrounding area. He works with people buying a home, people selling one, service members and veterans using a VA loan, and investors looking at rental property.

Before real estate he spent eleven years on active duty in the United States Air Force. He has used a VA loan himself, which is a large part of why the VA side of this work matters to him. He also owns rental property, so on an investment purchase he is looking at it as an owner as well as an agent.

The way he works is straightforward. Explain the numbers, explain the process, lay out the options, and answer the question that was actually asked. Most of what makes a purchase or a sale stressful is being handed a decision before anyone has explained what it means, and that is avoidable.
